Terlingua Calcite & Other Cool Rocks

This one-pound piece of Terlingua Calcite for sale shows an interesting shade of purplish pink under long wave ultraviolet. As is common with this material, it also shows a purplish color under mid-wave, and a striking blue under short wave. It’s flat on the base/bottom so it sits well. The base/bottom also has a patch of yellow fluorescing calcite that’s bright and nicely phosphorescent. I’m only showing a single angle of this one, but it has good fluorescence over most of the rock, so you can display it from multiple angles.

The piece measures approximately 3¾ x 3½ x 1¾ inches, and it weighs just over a pound at 1 pound, and one half ounce. This interesting purplish pink under long wave piece is SOLD.
